Bath -King Arthur and Excalibur

Like a hidden treasure Bath is nestled amidst the magnificent Mendip Hills and the characteristic Cotswolds forming a dramatic backdrop to the city.

It derived its name from Great Britain’s best-known Roman bath erected 2000 years ago above the hot bubbling springs in the Avon Valley. Due to its hot waters and the splendid architecture, Bath was given its status as a UNESCO-designated World Heritage Site, being the only town in England awarded this honour.

However, the Roman town of Aqua Sulis, as it was called in former times, is full of life and pure energy. Enjoy its architectural and historic treasures or search for Arthur’s legendary sword 'Excalibur'
