Our remedy against Corona

Our nutrition tip: A healthy smoothie tastes good and also strengthens the immune system. Instead of serving your smoothie in a glass, pour it into a bowl and sprinkle with fruit and coconut chips.

Simply delicious! The Smoothie Bowl is creamier than a smoothie, so it's better to eat it with a spoon. It is very easy and quick to prepare. A great way to eat extra vegetables and fruit. This green version with mango, avocado and spinach is sweet and fresh, wonderfully creamy and a real feast for the eyes!

Ingredients for 2 people:

  • 1 ripe mango
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • juice of one lime
  • 2 handfuls of spinach
  • 10 mint leaves
  • 100 ml water
  • 2 tablespoons of coconut chips for decoration

- Peel and cut the avocado and mango into pieces and put them into the blender with all the other ingredients (keep a few pieces of mango for decoration).

- Add the water and blend to a creamy mousse.

- Spread the mousse over 2 bowls and decorate with mango pieces and coconut chips.
